PRODUCT INFORMATION
Certain styles are artisanal and made from pre-existing materials which may show slight signs of wear or variation. Any such discrepancies are considered unique characteristics of the materials used. Please email collection@all-in-studio.com prior to purchasing an item with any questions you may have.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Please allow 72 hours for order processing unless an item is listed as a pre-order. All orders ship from Paris, France. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery. Shipping times vary by destination, but are generally between 2-10 business days.
You will be provided a tracking number upon shipment. ALL–IN is not liable for shipments once the order is in possession of the shipping carrier.
Customers placing an international order are responsible for paying import duties and taxes, as determined by the destination country. Please email collection@all-in-studio.com prior to purchasing an item with any questions you may have regarding import fees.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REPAIRS
Should you receive an item you believe is defective or damaged, an email with photo documentation must be sent to collection@all-in-studio.com no later than 2 days from delivery.
Your right to change your mind and return a product starts from the date you received the confirmation of the order for the product and ends 14 days after the date on which you received the relevant product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In preparing a product for return, please ensure that it is returned in its original condition, unworn, unused and/or unaltered, with its tags attached. Please ensure that it is returned in its original packaging with all accompanying accessories, for example, hangers, dust bags, spare heels, care and authenticity cards etc. We consider a product’s original packaging and accessories to be inherently part of the product. As such, we may reject or make a deduction for use, damage or failure to return a product from any refund payable to you in order to take into account the loss in value of a product if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. Please package a returned product securely and carefully in its original packaging as it was sent to you to avoid any damage to it whilst in transit.
Please note that the customer must bear the cost of return shipping and any eventual import fees. If import fees are requested from the shipping service, we will share a receipt with the customer of the fees paid and subtract from their refund. A tracking number for the return shipment must be shared by the customer with collection@all-in-studio.com in order to ensure the return's proper receipt. The customer is responsible for the returned item until it has been successfully delivered to us.
Items returned without having first requested a return will not be accepted.
The customer will be notified once the return has been received and inspected, and informed whether the refund has been approved. Refunds are automatically made to the customer's original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
